New teeth.
A new life.
Dr. Lena Zembel has been performing complex dental implants for over 15 years. With training from Germany, advanced digital technology and hundreds of successful implants - you are in safe hands.
Why are experience and precision critical?
A dental implant is a surgical procedure that requires deep anatomical knowledge, high surgical skill and command of advanced technology. Dr. Lena Zembel chose to focus her practice on implants early in her career, completed comprehensive training in Germany and gained extensive clinical experience in Israel and abroad.
What happens when a tooth is missing?
Losing a tooth is not just an aesthetic problem - it triggers a chain of changes in the mouth:
- 1Bone resorptionThe bone stops receiving stimulation and begins to resorb. In the first year you can lose up to 25% of the bone width.
- 2Neighboring teeth shiftingThe teeth next to the gap start tilting toward the space, which disrupts the bite.
- 3OverloadThe remaining teeth work harder, which leads to wear and cracks.
The anatomy of a dental implant
1. The Fixture
The base. A pure titanium screw inserted into the bone. The body "falls in love" with titanium and fuses with it in a process called osseointegration.
2. The Abutment
The connecting part. It screws onto the fixture and protrudes above the gum. We use custom zirconia abutments for perfect aesthetics.
3. The Crown
The visible tooth. Made of porcelain or zirconia, digitally designed and looking exactly like your natural tooth.
Leading implant systems
We work only with the world's leading brands. Why? Because in 20 years, if you need spare parts, they will still be there.
The world's leading brand. 40+ years of clinical research.
Pioneers of the field. The inventors of the original integration.
Israeli pride with a global presence and excellent results.
Digital precision.
Clinical results.
Technology does not replace the doctor's hand, but it makes it far more precise.
CBCT - 3D imaging
We see everything: bone volume, the position of nerves and sinuses in full 3D. Far safer than a regular X-ray.
Intraoral scanning
No unpleasant impression material. A digital scanner creates an accurate model of the mouth in seconds.
Computer-guided surgery
We plan the surgery on the computer and print a "guide" (Surgical Guide) that ensures the implant goes exactly, precisely, into the planned position.
Types of implant treatment
Single implant
The perfect solution for a missing tooth. Unlike a bridge, it does not harm the adjacent teeth. A short 30-45 minute treatment.
All-on-4 / 6
Full-jaw rehabilitation on just 4 to 6 implants. A revolutionary solution that often lets you leave with teeth on the day of surgery.
Immediate implant
Extraction and implant in the same appointment. Saves surgery time and preserves the gum structure. (Requires suitable clinical conditions).
Bone graft / sinus lift
Not enough bone? No worries. We perform bone augmentation and sinus lifts to create a stable foundation for the implant.
The full clinical pathway
Diagnosis and planning
A comprehensive exam, a 3D CT scan at no extra cost, and precise digital planning of the position.
The implant procedure
About 45 minutes under local anesthesia. Usually no pain, just pressure. You leave with clear instructions.
Healing period
We wait 3 to 4 months for the implant to fuse with the bone (osseointegration). During this time you live as usual.
Exposure and impression
We expose the implant, take digital measurements for color and shape, and send it to the lab.
The new tooth
You receive the final crown. We check the bite, the aesthetics, and off you go to smile.
Let us talk about risks
Every surgical procedure carries risks. We prefer to talk about it openly - because trust is built on transparency. Our success rate is over 98%, but on rare occasions an implant fails to integrate (the body does not accept it). In those cases, we do not leave you alone: we remove it, wait and redo it at no extra cost.
An honest comparison: implant vs. bridge
| Criterion | Dental implant | Dental bridge |
|---|---|---|
| Harm to other teeth | None (0 harm) | Requires grinding 2 healthy teeth |
| Preserving jaw bone | Yes (prevents resorption) | No (the bone resorbs) |
| Lifespan | 20+ years (often for life) | 10-15 years |
| Cost over time | The most worthwhile | Expensive (requires replacements) |
